"I needed a short day stay due to a long connecting flight. This hotel has gone down hill since it's first opened. The location on Sunset Rd is quite convenient, but room is tired looking. Good value if you're willing to compromise on the comfort."

"I was very disappointed in the property when we arrived. I feel like at one point I’m sure the property and our room did look like the pictures, but upon arrival our room was rough and run down. Our room was dirty, dingy, and run down. The mosquitos were terrible as well and made the room uninhabitable. There were more in our room than outside. We ended our stay at Alan Bidadari and checked out sooner than we planned to. "

"Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would...

"Great location, pool and facilities. Although a little tired and needs some minor maintenance and a deep clean, was very comfortable, staff were attentive. Picked up from the airport and transferred back in a timely manner which allowed us an early check in and extended departure. Very enjoyable stay with facilities that suited four couples as a family group very well"
