"I was very disappointed in the property when we arrived. I feel like at one point I’m sure the property and our room did look like the pictures, but upon arrival our room was rough and run down. Our room was dirty, dingy, and run down. The mosquitos were terrible as well and made the room uninhabitable. There were more in our room than outside. We ended our stay at Alan Bidadari and checked out sooner than we planned to. "

"The villas are very nice. The villa we stayed in was rather large. The perks included a private pool (good size and quite deep), large living space with fully equipped kitchen, large dinning table and large lounge area with a flat screen. There is also a private toilet separate to the the master bed room. Master bed room is large with plenty of room for storage. There is a very luxurious spa next to the master room and outside shower area with a private bathroom/toilet facilities all included....

Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"

"Badly maintained property, dirty and dysfunctional. A/c runs but doesn't cool, I reprted but the problem got ignored. toilet kept getting blocked, TV has no remote control and doesn't switch on, I was told, Only local channels though. No house keeping, filthy towels and stained sofa, The villa could have potential, the guy running it is pretty helpful. Wifi was good.
