"I was scheduled to land and arrive after hours when checkin desk would be closed. I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. I was only able to make reservations elsewhere through the help of the relocation team at Expedia. If not for them i would have been stranded in a country half way around the world..."

"I’m going start with the plus for this place pool was beautiful the bed was comfortable .. this place is very old the doors didn’t lock the roof leaked . The staff were amazing .we nearly left as it was so disappointing but the staff were very obliging. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone "

"The villas are very nice. The villa we stayed in was rather large. The perks included a private pool (good size and quite deep), large living space with fully equipped kitchen, large dinning table and large lounge area with a flat screen. There is also a private toilet separate to the the master bed room. Master bed room is large with plenty of room for storage. There is a very luxurious spa next to the master room and outside shower area with a private bathroom/toilet facilities all included....

"We stayed for two weeks of absolute bliss. I would highly recommend staying at Asa. The Villa was amazing, the staff were amazing, the room service was amazing, the breakfast was absolutely the best. We ordered room service lunch and dinners and the food was simply devine (drinks and food were very inexpensive). I would definitely recommend staying at Asa as it was definitely the best we have ever stayed at in Bali."

"Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"

"Where do I start. This was the worst place we stayed in Bali. I booked for 3 days and missed the first day due to the Covid-19 flight interruptions. The owner refused to refund me during this world wide crisis when every other business had been so understanding. "Badly maintained property, dirty and dysfunctional. A/c runs but doesn't cool, I reprted but the problem got ignored. toilet kept getting blocked, TV has no remote control and doesn't switch on, I was told, Only local channels though. "We enjoyed our stay at Beji Ayu and found it clean, spacious and reasonably convenient for walking to shops, warung and even the beach (a bit of a hike but a simple route and interesting). It was surprisingly peaceful. The outlook across the river is a bit shabby but it didn't bother us. The real treasure is the lovely staff, Henry was a legend and we were sad to say goodbye!"

"We stayed for 7 days, as a family(myself wife, our son wife) during June'24. Very happy indeed. Very closed to the amenities, walk distance to Seminyak square-shopping area, different of choice restaurants culinaries. Recommended Made Waroeng restaurant at Seminyak square, two chinese restaurant at Jl.Sunset Road,5 minutes walk from Fave hotel Seminyak(excellent home made noodles chopped chicken cooked in sweet soya sauce - "Mie Ayam").,at a very reasonable price/Rp.45.000 - Rp.60.000 per bowl. A bitt of inconvinience with the parking space..but the hotel staff were excellent in service, especially the restaurant staff(the most helpful ,polite and friendly). We will definetely to stay here again. Keep it up with the service🙏"
