"The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews. "I booked this listing and upon arrived saw that there was a household full of people already living in the property. After paying 4k AUD to rent the villa arriving to a household full of people and being told the property was not available was definitely not a great start to my holiday especially with a toddler in tow. However, VR customer service were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was a complete turn around. "
