"Twin villas worked so well for all personalities. We loved the opportunity to have a quieter end and another pool. The staff were wonderful and so very kind and thoughtful. Suggestion would be to amend the step down from the adjoining door to the second villa. For older guests it’s a big step and slippery in the rain otherwisee a great stay "

"I booked this listing and upon arrived saw that there was a household full of people already living in the property. After paying 4k AUD to rent the villa arriving to a household full of people and being told the property was not available was definitely not a great start to my holiday especially with a toddler in tow. However, VR customer service were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was a complete turn around. "
