"When we entered the room it smelled old and stale. The fire alarm beeped all night and the refrigerator sounded like it was going out, we had to unplug it. When we turned the shower water on rusty brown water came out and it smelled bad. The beds were old and made noises every time I turned over. The remote was busted, but the hotel personnel did bring us a different one and it didn’t work either."

"As they are going through a renovation it’s hard to rate the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Seemed noisy, not from conversation. Nice area. Comfy bed. For an overnight it was fine."

"This property could use a little updating. If that is not possible at this time then a little attention to detail would work. For instance, update the front doors and clean those elevators! That would make a huge difference. The ladies at the front desk were sweet, friendly and helpful and my room was pretty clean and comfy. But those elevators . . . just take a few hours and clean them. "

"This hotel checked all the boxes. Conveniently located, clean and GRAND. The lobby was breathtaking and our balcony room was just what the doctor ordered. We selected this hotel after leaving another dirty hotel a few minutes earlier. Glad we made the adjustment. Thank you Hyatt"
