"The property is very homely and staffs are very helpful and friendly including the owner. However we quite surprised that there is no AC in the room. So we need to keep the front door open for fresh air. When doing that bugs and houseflies came into the room which is quite annoying. The room is quite well equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, a king bed and 2 single beds. Good for family of 4. Toilets is also very clean and all essentials are there. "

"We returned to The Clermot again this year and stayed in the same room. We love the peacefulness and the view from the room is stunning. Breakfast seemed a tad disorganised this time (one day no bowls, another no jams, then no napkins) Our room.had a patch on the ceiling that had been repaired but not painted, the large lamp.didnt work( maybe bulb needs replacing) & one of the curtains had a water.stain. Nothing major just small.things - it wouldnt stop us from returning. "

"Amazing place. The guest houses are within the actual vineyard. You feel connected to the vineyard and working farm. The staff is also amazing and friendly. Definitely try the pizza restaurant that is located on the property."

"Truly a peaceful ‘gem’ with stunning courtyards and gardens. Very safe with 24/7 security. The theme rooms with private baths were stellar and well appointed, absolutely spotless. The kitchen and common areas were well stocked with everything you possibly could need to prepare meals. Dele the owner, brother in law Fernando, and John the housekeeper were so kind and friendly, all fantastic chefs. They made my stay at this ‘guest home’ an experience I shall never forget. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Residence Vive La Vie. We were warmly greeted upon our early arrival and were very happy that they were able to have our room ready (after a very long flight). Our cottage was spacious and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is about a 15 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal, fresh cut fruit and made to order dishes prepared by some talented chefs every day. Highly recommend!"
