"Hotel is modern and beds are comfortable. It’s a short distance to the UF campus. Has restaurants next to it including an ice cream shop. The pool area is nice too. The street crowds can be noisy but hotel provided ear plugs in each room. We didn’t find the noise to be distracting. "

"Beautiful room and property. The jasmine was in bloom and smelled so beautifully. breakfast was delicious. Felt homey. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Beautiful property. Newly constructed and better than most of the 3 star hotels out there. They just need to work on plastic cutlery a bit. Flimsy and cheap cutlery..that was the only peev, otherwise I'd love to stay again, although the neighborhood is kinda shady and worn down. Not a whole lot of dining options."

"It was a comfortable stay. Beds comfy breakfast was good. There waa a clerk that worked the desk name chris very nice and accommodating and also a young guy very nice didnt catch his name they were all friendly. Short drive to UF Hospital convenient. Went there foe family memeber surgery. Only one issue my fault when i choʻse 5th floor low watwr pressure to shower. Other than that all good. If had to come back to Gainesville I would return to thia hotel."
