Great place to connect with friends
Beautiful home with excellent beds and plenty of space for a friend reunion. Super clean, communication was excellent, and the extras - massages and the chef - worked out well for our group. The hot tub and the cinema room weren't working, but otherwise all was great. We enjoyed it!

Best Vacation
Our group had a great time. Its a very good property with a lot of activities to do at the house and resort area. The beach is rocky getting in the water not ideal for swimming but its great for snorkeling. Would recommend going to anyone. Already looking into buying a house down there :-)

Beautiful property
Property was exceptional, very spacious and clean. My family enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor feature of the home. For a group of 17 plenty of space to spread around. The pool was great to use and go for a dip especially since the beach isn't suitable for swimming. Brigitte was a great host and accessible when needed.

Great spot for large groups
The setting was fantastic. Coral estates is a large group of homes that has private security to get in and out of the property. Airport is about a 30 minute ride as was a large supermarket. Williamstead was about a 50 minute drive. In the Coral Estates property is a resort that had lodging, two restaurants, two cafes, and a scuba diving operation The house had many different areas where smaller groups could hang out. Inside the house was a dream kitchen and a dining table that could easily seat 16 people

Wonderful vacation
We enjoyed our stay at coral estates with our family very much! The house was spectacular with a great pool and hot tub while viewing the ocean! Booking the house was a bit misleading as our quote appeared in Canadian funds which was not the case when it came to payment! The weather was fantastic and our host Brigitte was wonderful!

A beautiful dream vacation at the villa
My family of 16 had a week of a lifetime. The villa was so much more than any of us could have envisioned. Brigitte, the manager , helped us plan each day with her recommendations. Lisa, our chef, and husband Olaf prepared the most delicious dishes. It was a perfect week in paradise!

This house is incredible!
This is an amazing home and property. Our large group stayed here and we all felt the home had everything we needed and more. It never felt crowded because there were so many different spots around the home to hangout in to get some peace and quiet. The view is incredible - we saw so much amazing wildlife around the home all day long, and of course the beach itself was simply gorgeous. There is fantastic snorkeling right from the property as well. The pool, hot tub, and kitchen amenities were excellent. Communication with Brigitte was easy and quick. We couldnā€™t have enjoyed our stay more!

Amazing Home, Amazing Host.
This home is everything you can dream of and more. The view is breathtaking and the amenities are incredible. We had a large group stay in the home and we did not have any issues with privacy or areas to find a quiet moment. Brigitte was a great host and assisted us with all of our needs. If you're not interested in staying close to town, this home is a perfect vacation spot.

A week away!
10 friends and family ages 11-70. The house had plenty of room to spread out when needed and room to gather together for diners etc. when you wanted. Brigitte was great throughout the whole stay! We asked to have a few basic groceries at the house when we arrived and she made it happen. Her recommendations for catered diner, masseuse, private boat charter were all perfect. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, but the main part of the house was not and was very warm the whole stay. Bring bug spray!

The view was amazing. The main House was plenty big for the nine of us. The pool area was fantastic. The kitchen was dirty , the appliances, the dishes, drawers. Flies and gnats everywhere, a lot of our party had multiple bug bites, part of island life. There were a couple cats that begged for food and water every day. An iguana swimming in the pool. Lots of crabs. We would not go in the ocean at the house, rough rocks. The beach at the resort close by was OK, good snorkeling . Marfas and VIP Grill had good food. We visited Grote Knip and Klein Knip beach, beautiful water and good snorkeling. Bring water shoes .

What dreams are made of...
This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Ample room for my party of 12 adults. Sleek/modern decor, spacious rooms with a cool theatre which was a huge bonus! Great pool, and jacuzzi and the view and private access to the beach. are what took me over the top. The pictures do not do this gem justice. The staff (Brigitte and Bea) returned every call or text timely and answered every question I had. My group and I loved everything!!

40th birthday
We (14 ppl) had an amazing time at this property. The house was great, the view, recommendations for food, massages and private chef from host were awesome. Wish the beach area was finished so that we could utilize it more but other than that it was perfect. Be sure to bring water shoes in order to get in the beach because of the rocks. Be careful leaving the doors open due to all the iguana and lizards hanging around. Also, its about a 40min drive to a lot of the areas you see on social media but that wasnt an issue since we rented a car (FYI download map.me for navigation). And be sure to have several converters for your devices if your coming from the states like us. My Wife had a VERY happy 40th birthday!!

Family & Friends Vacation
Nice landscaping with plenty of seating for large groups. Kitchen offered plenty of appliances, however the stove didn't work properly. Rooms were spacious. Hot tub required maintenance but was adjusted after a few days. Surprisingly the pool was on the cool side. Our host, was very nice and easy to get in touch with when needed. Due to rough seas, it was very difficult to snorkel out front. A ladder from the pier would be a good addition. We lost a snorkel, mask and some were scraped up pretty bad getting in and out.

My 50th Birthday Celebration
This Villa is more beautiful than advertised. Great sun rises and sun sets were enjoyed while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The pool is 5 feet deep and perfect for swimming. I enjoyed entering the ocean from the privacy of the property. I found my favorite spot on the property, the bench that is on the rocks that bring you to the furthest point of the property on the water where I would listen to the waves crash. There were 8 guests ages 28 to 72 years of age. We all had a great time and the host was so nice and provided a great experience. I literally did not want to leave and intend to return to the property as soon as possible. Come prepared to have the time of your life. Thanks Brigitte! We

Great house, very spacious
We stayed with 10 adults. House was great, service for check in and out was prompt and easy. The house has plenty of room for 10 adults. We were able to add 2 chairs to the tables outside that sat 8 pretty comfortably. The gas grills both work but not the igniters. The beach area is beautiful but you canā€™t access the water, it would be dangerous even in water shoes or scuba booties. Adding a staircase into the water for shore diving would be a great addition. Ice machine was a great idea as was two dishwashers and fridges, made entertaining for 10 very easy. AC in bedrooms worked great, plenty of towels, linens etc. We did the private chefs dinner recommended by the host and it was fantastic! Great for the last night as all clean up was done by Robinā€™s staff. We enjoyed the dinner and service very much. Wonderful house, close to Karakter beach and Coral Estates dive shop, about a 5 minute drive.

Highly recommended for a large family or group.
We traveled to Curacao with our extended family of 16 in July, range in age 2 to 70. The house was perfect for our large family, with 5 of our grand kids sleeping in the separate Home Cinema building, which has 3 bedrooms. Our 2 youngest grand kids stayed in one of the 6 bedrooms in the main house. The house is large, comfortable and has plenty of space for everyone to find their spot and relax. The pool certainly got plenty of use as did several ā€˜get awayā€™ spots to enjoy the ocean and surrounding beauty. There is a continuous breeze which is very nice and we never had any issues with mosquitoes! Brigitte was very helpful in accommodating requests that we had once we arrived. She provided information, in advance, for a private chef and masseuse and we took advantage of both. Our Chef Lisa and her partner Olav were excellent and they did everything for the 4 evening meals they prepared. It was nice that we didnā€™t have to cook, serve and clean up for several nights with such a large family! We also took a half day sail boat trip (12 of us) with Ton and Niki on their boat (True Blue Sailing) and that was a very enjoyable day. Easy drive with access to the many beaches and coves north of the villa.

I've been dreaming of staying here for years (as I've stayed nearby before). Finally my family has grown and we booked it. 6 bedrooms in main building all have their own private bath. While we didn't need them, the other 3 bedrooms are in the cinema building in the front. The pictures of this place are accurate. Everything was beautiful. The pool was cleaned 2x and house mopped and cleaned mid-week (with fresh towels). Half our group were scuba divers. We did a couple of amazing dives right out front. One of the best reefs on the island. As this is not in a protected bay, the waves made the entry difficult at times and snorkeling wasn't really an option here (waves too big). But there are so many amazing beaches close that wasn't a problem. I would go to Cas Abou B-Diving dive shop instead of Coral Estates dive shop. Anouk is a must for massages in house! Brigitte is amazing. She answered a ton of questions pre-arrival and was super responsive to a few small requests during the stay. We had 3 little kids (2, 4,5) and they had a blast running round the huge house or playing in the pool. The beds were a bit hit or miss. Some were not the most comfortable, but that is really the only draw back.

Amazing house with breathtaking views!
We booked the house for a relaxed family vacation and cold not have hoped for a better place. Before our arrival the property manager, Brigitte, provided us with all important directions and contacts for private masseuse, chef, diving instructor etc. She was very helpful and available throughout our visit. The house itself was just wonderful - very spacious and perfectly equipped. We ended up cooking more than we had planned because it was so easy and pleasant. You will need a car to move around - especially as the ocean is difficult to access from the house due to corals & waves. It did not bother us as many beaches are at close distance. There are also two nice restaurants at Coral Estate - about 5 minutes from the house - and many more a little further away. I had a wonderful massage under the palapa with view on the private beach and I can honestly say it was the best massage of my life (I booked a 2nd one - the masseuse is Anouk!). We also used the recommended diving instructor, Daan, to give us a diving refresher and give our kids a first diving experience - another great experience! However, snorkeling is so wonderful all around the island that you almost don't need to go diving.. We also used the movie theatre several times and thought it was a great way to end the day. All-in-all a wonderful vacation in a magical place. Would not change a thing!

6 options to summarize our stay 1. Cleanliness of property- 5 stars 2. Check in process- 3 stars. Directions were off which became confusing to find the property. 3. Accuracy of online listing- 3 stars. The beach is a man made beach. It does not offer the assumed/natural easy walk in to the ocean. It has a 20ish foot sand area and then a rock drop off that REQUIRES swim shoes to protect your feet. I wish i would have known this prior to booking because the "private beach" description was one of the main features i was interested in. 4. Communication with property manager- 2 stars. This one hurts. In the beginning i was extremely thankful for her Communication and also helpful tips regarding other ways to enjoy the Island. Because the area is so private my husband and i felt safe to have a moment outside. A few minutes later the property manager does a SURPRISE VISIT. Had she come a little earlier it likely would have gone legal. I had told her earlier that morning that there was an issue with the pool but it wasnt alarming. I just wanted to respectfully inform her of the problem. I asked her if they used chlorine tablets. She responded with "Morning! Yes. The poolservice comes twice a week. Will inform them!" There was NEVER a heads up that ANYONE would be coming on to the property during our stay. No maintenance personnel and especially no surprise visits from her. The property manager is aware of my disgust in her choice. Location and neighborhood- 5 stars.

Beautiful Home but upgrades are needed!
Beautiful home, but located far away from the city if your looking to hangout, grocery store, etc... There is no AC outside of the bedrooms, one of the AC's stopped working in the bedroom, i reached out to the property manager and she responded almost 8 hours later that no one will be there until the next day. This was the second time we reported issue with the AC unit. Needless to say my friend had to sleep in sweltering heat that night. Another AC in a different bedroom stopped blowing cold air as well. The Hot tub never heated the water and the the equipment in the theatre room is antiquated and did not work properly. The location is beautiful but upgrades are needed. Needlesureached out to
