We had a fabulous stay at the Marriott. NYE had a fantastic fireworks show. The snorkeling here was better than any of the other beaches, beautiful coral.

Only a 3 star resort. Staff are nice but not trained well. Dining options are poor. We did not have 1 meal that was served correctly in 13 days at this resort. This a a franchised Marriott and you can tell. . Betrer to send your money where they care more .

We arrived just after check in hour and found that our room was not ready. That was fine since we were hungry, so we had an early dinner at Zala, which was convenient and tasty. We ate at a leisurely pace and then found out our room STILL was not ready. Phaedra at the front desk was apologetic and super kind offering us $100 in property credit which was appreciated. Well, FINALLY, we got into our room at almost 9:45pm. Not the greatest start to our 4th visit to the great island of Curacao. We unfortunately found out that December is in the wet season and just about every day in our week vacation was overcast and filled with downpours........nobody's fault, but just for an FYI to whoever reads this review. As a result of the weather, the internet became very sporadic at times in the room and throughout the resort. The pool and beach are beautiful at this property .The staff is very friendly from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant staff. We ate at Salty Iguana 3x, and it was pretty good. CSpice was hard to get a table, but was worth it when we did. Expect to pay top dollar resort prices for all food and drink. We went into town a few times to combat the pricing and found great options. Even Pirate Bay/Tomatoes and De Visserij at the next door Picadera Bay worked out well (Pirated Bay has the coldest Polar and best pasta we found on this trip!). We loved the proximity to great things to do in Curacao that Marriott had. Overall a very expensive trip, but lots of fun!

We liked the proximity to the beach, access to good snorkeling and scuba diving. The food was great in all restaurants. We liked the proximity for easy access to down town (10-15 minutes by car) and access to the beaches towards West Punt. The staff are all very pleasant and service was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and dining in the evening nice as well. Noise from some special events was a bit bothersome in the evenings. Live music was appreciated and enjoyable. Parking easy as well with security for safety. The resort is modern, well kept and in a quiet area.

This hotel is disappointing, the surprise it is Marriott, doesn’t justice to the Brand. I think that is not well managed. The Food is not good, there is plenty but not quality. The employees are not attentives, sometimes rude, everything delay too much. One day we have no room service in spite of have complained , cleaning is not good, the towels are too old and grimy, the beds not smells well.
