"Very nice, clean property—fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, plates, glasses, and cookware. It had everything we needed. The property had round-the-clock security with a gated entrance, and the gates were locked at night for beach access. We felt safe the entire time, and it was very quiet.The location was great—Tugboat Beach, excellent restaurants, and various activities were just minutes away. The Jan Thiel area, with its beach and restaurants, was only a five-minute drive.The leasing agent Kiarah was very responsive, super nice and gave great recommendations.We had questions about car rental, restuarants,diving. "

"The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk from Jan Thiel beach and activities. Honestly, it is hard to beat this location. The fact that the house has a pool makes it that much better. I wouldn't have more than 5 or 6 people stay here. It's not a ton of square footage. My wife and I loved staying here so much, we probably wouldn't look at other properties if we came back."
