"Watertown BW’s front entrance to the lobby was dated, no “wow” factor & not as accessible if you’re wheelchair bound (which we are not) but inside was bright & clean. Our check-in person, Raynor, was businesslike & efficient, he invited us to partake of the coffee, tea & cookies near the reception desk.
