All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. One even printed out a document I had left at home. We did not know, until walking through the doors, that the hotel was under renovation, so we walked into a front area with stacks of boxes and materials. "Staff was very pleasant during check in. Room was warm upon entering. This was appreciated as the outside temperature was 10 degrees. Pillows were hard but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very basic. Good overall value for the money. I would stay there again."
