Bed was not very comfortable, pillow too hard. Breakfast was very limited (packaged sweets, only powdered coffee cream). Admittedly, first stay at a small motel -- and the price was right.

The room we were put in was tiny. Breakfast was a barely a continental breakfast and only opened at 7. Pets cost $30 per night per pet. We had to be creative with plugs to plug in phones, hearing aids and other electronics.

The staff is friendly and accomodating, helping us with our minor requests. We had a dog with us and it was fine. Parking is easy, back yard and front yard access is good. Very close to a Walmart that has food and other necessities. Also, a gas station is a few minutes away. Continental breakfast is good for a grab and go.Would return as it is close to Clarkson university. Thanks!
