"Beautiful views. Extremely noisy at night with traffic noise. Cars and motorcycles use Beaconsfield Parade as a deag strip at night. Balcony door heavy and difficult to shut. Rubbish on bed on arrival. Keys really hard to access - had to get on knees to get down to key box. Ridiculous. No air conditioning or dishwasher.
