"Travis and Vern were wonderful hosts. Due to a hospital stay, we had to change our dates at the last minute. They were able to accommodate us. We were lucky enough to stay in 2 of their units, a 2 bed/2 bath 2nd floor and the single 1-bedroom cottage. Both were spotless and decorated in a beach theme. We were traveling without a car this time. There is a MCAT bus stop within about 2 blocks from the rental. A short 2-mile ride to the beach, then you can hop on the beach Trolly that continuously...

"The property was clean and quiet. The heated pool was nice for the kids because it wasn't swimming weather. The host was very kind and gave suggestions of places to go. This was the most seamless stay we have ever had! "

"This was one of the best VRBO condos we have stayed at! The condo was clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having our kids at IMG Academy, the washer and dryer were incredibly helpful for keeping up with laundry. Ervin checked in on us during our stay, which we truly appreciated. The condo's central location was perfect, and we even walked to nearby supermarkets like Publix and Aldi. The heated pools and jacuzzis on the property were a highlight...

"First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price....

"All good. Very personal attention to our late check in. All very easy once we figured it out. Get a parking pass the first day. Dah. Read the welcome instructions. Grounds still a little tough from the hurricane but totally understandable. Easy to find and close to everything. Close to the beach and a great beach bar. "
