"This condo was perfect for us. As the description says, it’s virtually steps from the beach and water. I really don’t think you can get any closer. The space is small but perfect for two people. The interior is completely redone and it looked brand new. It was also spotless. It was our first time in the island and we both thought the location was good. Close to great restaurants and having Kokunut next door was a huge bonus. The only downside to the condo location was a partially obstructed view...

"We had an excellent experience. Stayed here with our kids ages 4 and 6. Appreciated the beach toys, beach chairs and few floaties provided for use. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool too and we had it to ourselves everyday. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to this unit but it was not bad at all. We arrived at midnight and our door access code did not work. I called the energy line and they reset the door code and got us in within minutes. Would definitely stay here...

"The pictures are accurate. The property was clean and close to the beach. However, the property manager did not check the air conditioner before our arrival, so it had to be fixed. Also, we were charged for the increase in taxes, which was not disclosed to us on the Vrbo website. Anna Maria Island has lovely beaches but horrendous traffic. Will not be coming back."

"Perfect location & sunsets! Once the elevators get the sand out of bottom of them it will be easier to access floors but they work for not. Screened balconies & lots of eating places in walking distance. Just a beautiful sitting!"

"Condo is terrific and as described in the listing, we could see no hurricane related damage. Very clean! Lots of towels/linens available. Direct gulf view is wonderful. Pool is nice. Communication with property manager/owner very prompt. Island still recovering from hurricane damage but things look far better than we thought they would, particularly the beaches, and we found plenty of restaurants and shops open. "

"A good location on Bradenton Beach, just across the street from the beach. The traffic was noisy but the heavy patio door facing the street really did a great job sealing out the noise. This property had an open kitchen/living/dining area that was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the laundry room had a nice washer and dryer. Roomy, comfortable and conveniently located. We prefer single family homes but this condo was five stars. "
