"Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. "Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. "

"It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. "We’ve been to Captiva a few times and always enjoy the island. This Bayside condo has a nice location with a harbor view. Overall, the condo is tired and needs some TLC. The carpet is heavily stained, the bath towels were tattered and torn, the WIFI is non-existent, paint and trim is chipped iand the bathtubs both had a slow drain. Standing water in the bathtub for more than 12 hours after the last shower. We called maintenance and they fixed the tubs and delivered a WIFI hotspot but both of...

"Our family of 3 (our babe is almost 2) enjoyed four nights at this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic. The pool was conveniently located next to our building and we grilled out every night. 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back to book this very condo! "
