The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that one day the elevators and the internet were out for several hours in the middle of the day. "

"The location was great and it was fantastic to have a key code to get in to the condo instead of keeping track of a key. We did our best to keep the condo as sand-less as possible. But having a few more rugs around would have helped from tracking sand all around the condo. Unfortunately the vacuum wasn’t able to stay plugged in so sweeping was our best option to keep things clean. Having more silverware and having a working fan in the guest bath would also be good. "Arrived no luggage dollys to help take luggage up to room. Talked to an owner they were not happy in same boat. Everyone friendly had a great time. Nice market across the street at the plaza. same boat..next day ddollys"

"Beautiful location and condo. Truly oceanfront. Pictures accurately display condo. Very spacious gathering area for family. Nice to have beach towels, chairs, toys to borrow and starter items like dish soap etc. Ongoing construction outside the balcony during the week. Made balcony use challenging at times but we just went to the beach. Restaurants nearby but not in walking distance. Ocean was not clear when we were there. Great shelling"

"Very clean condo. When we arrived, toilet would not shut off. Took a couple of days to get it fixed. Leather couch looks inviting, but is very uncomfortable. More comfortable to sit in a kitchen chair. Very limited parking. We have a handicap tag, but most evenings when workers left, they parked their crane across ALL of the handicap spaces. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We came for 2 weeks for the tournament and this location was great for getting on and off Fort Myers Beach. Had a couple of issues with the condo. Only had a 8" fry pan so went to thrift store to buy a larger one. Door from bedroom to bathroom didn't close right and it was never fixed. They came to check but never returned. Had problems with the living room tv and thought it was corrected but ended up not being able to access the one program we really wanted. Being next to the Pink Shell...
