The aptly named Snug room is compact but cleverly designed, offering everything you need with a sleek aesthetic and a lovely bathroom to match. Service throughout is excellent, with friendly staff and flexible room cleaning on request. The breakfast menu is a real highlight - varied, tasty and well-priced, adding to the hotel’s overall great value. The only downside was the overly soft pillows, but that’s a small quibble in an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"Beautiful hotel with a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a good selection of drinks, biscuits and crisps in the room. I didn’t try the restaurant or bar but the decor was stunning. A short walk from London Bridge station and the river . I’d definitely stay again"

"Nice and spacious, arrival cookie and the free ferry were a great bonus for the kids also free breakfast for the kids with a paying adult. Bit tricky to get to from main stations but once you are there and have access to the main ferry it is great!"
