"The check in was horrible, however this had nothing to do with the Sleep Inn and Suites. This was totally Hotels.com's fault because I never received a confirmation number on the confirmation email. What made this soo awesome was the assistance, understanding and professionalism of the desk clerks at the Sleep Inn Fatimah and Marianny.
