"The staff was friendly and courteous. My baby had to do a head surgery early at 4 in morning and the staff was courteous to make sure I got to my car safe. It was raining so she asked to watch the baby in the stroller and told me to pull my car closer as I did park at the back."

"We stayed in Hoover because the room rates in Tuscaloosa to outrageous for our granddaughter's graduation from the UA. This place was exactly what we needed. Small, out of the way, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and 1/3 the price. "

"We absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was super clean. The staff was friendly and when I had questions they helped without sounding frustrated or annoyed. There are lots of places to eat within close driving distance and the area itself seemed safe. Their breakfast was pretty decent. I have had better but there was plenty of the regular hotel breakfast choices. They kept it stocked and the area was clean. My crew has already requested to stay here again next year when we return for an annual event. "
