The staff was amazing and so sweet. However, the room wasn't very clean. There were two rolls of toilet paper that were almost gone when we checked in. Hair all ovwr the bathroom floor and food in the microwave.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place for at least 12 - 15 years and this by far is the absolute worst. The lobby looks nice, as expected but that's where it ended. I reserved a King High Floor, When I got there at 5pm (1 hour after check in) I was advised that they were "sold out" in that room catagory. How do you give a room away that's already been paid for? I finally get into a room, and as soon as I walk in it just STINKS, old musty stale stink. The carpets were visably dirty and stained, the AC was on but clearly the filter had not been changed in ages. The coffee pot is broke, but plugged in and on? Only one bedside lamp works. Towels are visiably stained and smell as if they had been left in the washer to long and started to mildew, also the towels that were there were so tattered on the ends I was shocked that they would even be put in rotation, I pulled back the covers on the bed as I usually do and there is hair in the sheets... at this point all I want to do is leave however I have been on the road for a long time and am tired. so I found a Walmart a mile away, bought lysol, clorox wipes, towels and a large sheet and a plug in air freshener. walking in after working all day the room halls smell of must, mold and Marijuana... So in conclusion I have stayed at Motel 6's that have been nicer, dont waste your money or time...

Overall a good hotel for our travels. The one exception is the bathroom size and configuration: one must literally squeeze themselves between the toilet and the wall in order to close it’s door.
