"One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The house is gorgeous and David and Eric immediately made it feel like home. They provided many great recommendations for exploring the area and were always helpful and friendly. I shall also mention that breakfast was amazing. Overall, I really am glad that I found this gem and I hope I get a chance to come back one day. I would recommend to anyone to stay there too! "

"Well, the sign in the front yard says, "Welcome to the lake house." My question is where's the lake? The outside was very terrible. The back porch mentioned had so many limbs and leaves on it, we had to kick them off to open the door. The garbage can was already half full. The dock was so far away and down a very steep hill. "We stayed in two upstairs rooms at the beautiful Waverly Bed and Breakfast after an Auburn game. Everything was perfect! It was an incredibly convenient location, and the owners could not have been more gracious. The breakfast was delicious too! We look forward to being able to stay longer in the future! "

"The location is phenomenal! However the walls and doors are really thin so there's a lack of assumed privacy you'd expect. The house also had a very strong weed odor downstairs where the hosts live. "

"We found the location convenient as it's on the main road through Mentone. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, as was the hot tub. The owner was also responsive and helpful. And having breakfast right down the hall every morning was a nice plus! Worth noting that, while the place is dog friendly, the yard is not fenced in and, again, is right on the main road.
