"Property manager (not the owner) sent erroneous check-in information which was a bad way to start the vacation, but after getting that straightened out, all else was more than satisfactory. Property owner checked in during our stay to ensure all was okay. The beach house itself is laid out nicely, with one queen on the main level, one king upstairs and an upstairs bedroom with bunk beds. There is a large deck, with plenty of seating. "Overall it was good, I wish our porch was facing the sun so we could enjoy the outside more as it was a little chilly. The house was clean except the floors, instead of vacuuming they needed a good sweeping and mopping! Communication with management and staff was almost non existent! We didn’t have garbage bags, dishwasher soap, or a stopper for the sink so we always had to use the dishwasher! When I texted the manager it took days for their team to respond!"

"We had a great 3-day stay at the blue cottage! The property manager was very responsive and helpful with our pre booking questions. We didn't need to interact during the stay, because everything about the house lived up to its description. It is a renovated 1940s era cottage, which some will probably consider to be a little drafty in really cold weather. "Nice clean every thing we needed "

"Was not sure what to expect as the property was so expansive and rural. The little house has horses and a cow outside of it and I did not know what to think as my husband picked it, so don’t let the outside fool you! This little house has everything you need inside and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my stay!"

"House was in a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood . It is walkable to the beach or just a short car ride. Great fenced in backyard and nice poolHouse was perfect for our family for a week of sun, beach, and relaxation. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"First, this was one of the most equipped properties, I have ever stayed in . The attention to detail was amazing. The property management's communication was great and the property was clean and just overall beautiful. My family and I would definitely stay here again.."

"The house was as described and Dauphin Island is unadorned and basic. Bring what you need and plan to just relax. No flashing lights but the people are very nice. No night life but a casual and restful place to spend a few days. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable."
