"Everyone was extremely personable. The cookies are a great touch. Bar was excellent. Only downside was the shower/tub, my mother has mobility issues and getting into a tub is difficult. It is better to have just a shower."

"The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and at least had some type of Personality compared to some hotels I've been in. The hotel, however is one of the earlier models and is in serious need of an upgrade and renovation. The air conditioning thermostat in my room was broken, but to their credit I called downstairs and they sent me a maintenance person and we were able to something up so that I could still adjust the temperature in my room."
