"Everything great except slow elevators"

"We stayed here 2 weekends in a row for wrestling tournaments. Property is nice & clean. Everything smells fresh. Both weekends the staff has been flawless. Security drives around the parking lot. One weekend it was just myself(mom) and my daughter, we felt perfectly safe. The staff is extremely accommodating to anything we have needed. And the room rate I felt was fair for what they offer. "Anytime im in birmingham i try to book here because of the safe location, the clean rooms and the workers are always nice. My only complaint is the price for such a basic room that doesnt offer a microwave nor complimentary breakfast as other hotels that are cheaper even have those free services."
