"Staff and service were great, buffet breakfast also had a wide variety that changed daily. Hotel lobby is grand and rooms had sufficient space. The bathroom was the only main issue (-1 star) as it was rather tattered and squishy with the toilet right behind the bathroom door; water damage/mould in the shower and a sewage smell at times. "

"Stay here if you want a relaxing visit near Ubud. Takes an hour and half from the airport and 30ish minutes from the center of Ubud without traffic. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, ordered a la carte. I had dinner onsite and ordered room service as well. Both meals were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. They offer complimentary tea and small bites in the afternoon. That was enjoyable. I stayed in a room...

"The service was above expectations. My room got upgraded. There is a crossing guard to assist with leaving the resort to get to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Truly enjoyed the stay!"

"The only thing I didnt like about the Hotel is the Nightclub on the ground level. I was on the 4th floor and could hear the bass thumping ( quietly ) in the early hours of the morning. Once I was awake I could hear it. Needed to be on a higher floor maybe."
