"The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach."

I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property. "

"This is our second time to this property with our family of 4, and we love it so much. The location for us is perfect with easy beach access and then the easy bike ride into Seaside and beyond. Just lovely. Yes it can be a busy area but there is a reserved beach space (which is enforced!). The condo had everything we needed, and we did a lot of cooking etc. Wifi can be spotty at times but no big deal for us. We got into the area a little early because of some big storms we were trying to...

"We greatly enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with the waves crashing in; the recent updates to condo, tasteful furnishings, the fact that the condo is extremely well maintained, the comfortable beds, like new furniture; convenient staircase from the condo down to the beach below, the elevator for easy unpacking and packing, use of the garage for our cargo carrier and coolers, and close proximity to Seaside and other 30A towns. We had a terrific stay! Thank you!"

"The apartment is very clean and bright, well stocked, right across from the pool, and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is centrally located on 30A, close to shops and restaurants. Teresa answered all of our questions, and made the check in process effortless. Overall this was one of our best visits to the area in years. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to visit Seagrove Beach!"
