"Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes. "

"This hotel is pricey, mainly because it has a captive audience being situated right next to the O2, but having said that, it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are a decent size, comfortable clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and fantastic showers and the hotel has its own exit into the O2 which is very handy. Have always found the staff here very good."

"Great area to explore London for a few days! Owner was so helpful providing step by step directions to get there from the airport. These were a life saver! She was very responsive and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend and use again! Great experience :)"
