"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."

"The property itself was great. The breakfast was an additional cost and not very good, so I'd recommend to anyone staying to walk to a local coffee shop for breakfast. We had a fire drill at 11pm our first night there. Certainly a pain if you are in the middle of a shower, sleeping, or anything else."
