"I enjoyed my one night stay in room 2321; however, there was an issue. As usual I check for bed bugs and noticed there wasn’t a mattress pad/cover. The only thing over the mattress was a flat sheet. I was appalled there wasn’t a mattress cover to protect from sweat. bodily fluids, and etc. I pulled the other flat sheet from the comforter up and tucked it under the mattress to add another layer between us and the mattress so many other people sleep on. "I enjoyed my short stay at Bally's Casino Resort. Nice room view. Convenient location. A few nice restaurants inside the casino. The hotel parking lot was always full but the casino parking lot had ample spaces available. The gym is small but has good equipment. The indoor pool is nice but very small. "

"The property has changed Hands. We asked for towels and linens that were needed and didn’t receive. No chairs to sit at kitchen island. Had to stand to eat. Drawer front feel Off in my hands. No hangers for our clothes. Breakfast was very disappointing."

"This is our third year coming to Philadelphia for the Flower Show and we have stayed at Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square each time. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, reasonably priced and very convenient for us. It’s easy to walk to the convention center for the Flower Show and we were well placed for visiting family while we we there. My brother and I will use Club Quarters again."
