"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was a decent size, the bathroom was also a decent size, with a waterfall shower, the water was hot, shampoo, conditioner body/hand wash & body lotion were provided. The breakfast was continental & cooked if you wanted it. The staff were exceedingly friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The Liverbird Building & Royal Albert Dock are about a 10 minute walk away."

We chose it because I'd stayed at another of the group hotels before and was impressed, and because it was close to where we needed to be in Liverpool and also the Isle of Man Steam Packet terminal. The staff we encountered were all excellent. Friendly, positive and helpful without exception. Our room was comfortable and equipped as you'd expect of a hotel of this standing. We ate in the restaurant one evening and also had breakfast in the hotel....
