I rarely use a concierge but it seemed that on this trip, I was constantly in need of assistance. Chirag was always there to fix the issue. "This hotel is always a pleasure to visit. It is beautiful, the staff, is lovely, and the food is excellent. The architecture and interior design are excellent and they have a very interesting gift shop as well. It is a historic place hotel, and in my opinion the best place to stay in Delhi if one wants old world flavour!"
