There is an amazing bellboy who works in concierge and is mute. Please pass on my compliments to him for his amazing service. If there was an employee of the month award, i would gladly award him. It was a extremely beautiful giant hotel with great service and good cleanliness. Only thing that disappointed me was my partner and I ordered two different burgers from the room service menu. One said there was Brie cheese on it, the other said there was guyere cheese on it, but, both ended having extremely processed "cheddar" cheese slices...
