FABULOUS hotel. Not only is it gorgeous, but the staff of all levels is kind and helpful. We had many great conversations and experiences with every single staff member we encountered. The service was very mediocre throughout the hotel, except at Dili 32 where we were well taken care of. From concierge to service at restaurants and bars, definitely lacking. We asked for ice water and got boiling water in our refillable bottle and got burned because we were expecting cold water. The hotel did nothing for any of the inconvenience except for a lousy, insincere apology.
