"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. "The first room that was allotted has several issues related to the AC and Wi-Fi. When they moved us to the other room, where the TV wifi again was not working, again. Oh and btw, to get any changes or fixes you’ve to call the reception a 100 times. Even after telling them so many times, they didn’t send anyone to fix the TV. They say that they have OTT platform to enhance guest entertainment during the stay but let me tell you none of them works. And their engineer takes hours to first, arrive...

"Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Both inside restaurants are very good. Breakfast is very good too. Pool was not accessible during our stay because of a conference in the hotel for 3 days so we didn't use it."
