The reception staff was so inefficient and had to change my room two times. They gave me key but there was people in the room. Then gave me another room that had broken ceiling walls and twin beds when I booked a double bed. Only after I sought the manager and spoke to him that I was able to get a good room. The whole process took more than an hour to check in after arriving to the hotel after a long trip from US. There was only two receptionist counter open to check in when there was more than 7 staff standing at the counter. When I checked out, the staff said they lost the receipt of my payment of ₹26000 and asking me to give them a copy. I had thrown it in the garbage in the room and I had to go to the room to find it. This delayed my check out process by 30minutes further causing my taxi to wait for another 30minutes and rushing to the airport. This was ridiculous. At night there was loud music playing until 1am for both the nights I stayed and it greatly disrupted my sleep and rest.
