THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE. THEY ARE MORONS AND NONSENSICAL GUYS WHO REALLY DONT KNOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND THE FURNITURE IS BROKEN AND SMELLS BAD ODOUR. THE FRONT DESK ARE HELPFUL GUYS. THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL HAVE TOO MUCH BAD ATTITUDES, EGOISTIC FOR NO REASONS. We received a very friendly welcome. From the nice terrace you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. It is not a quiet area but it is very authentic. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We could book tours (to Agrar or sightseeing in Delhi), drivers or tuk-tuks through the hotel at any time, who were also always nice and friendly. The food is delicious. We had a great stay and can only recommend the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

The actual hotel was great, cleanliness, staff and quality of hotel. But the area was not safe for tourists. This is not the hotels fault and they have 24 hr security guards, but i did feel quite trapped. You certainly cannot leave the hotel after dark and, even in the day, its difficult to walk down the street. It is best to go straight to a taxi from the hotel. They are waiting outside or the hotel can help you
