The property is right in the center of New Delhi with all the government and other big company offices. You just can’t see them because the streets are tree lined. The hotel is gated so you feel safe and secured inside. However when you try to walk outside. It’s a little bit sketchy… homeless people. I tried their spa and it was clean and service is first rate. The only thing is that there is a water drain that emits some smell. Overall, service is great.

We arrived at 5am as our flight was cancelled, the manager allowed us to keep the room until 4pm free of charge and also included a complimentary breakfast. Both really appreciated after our delayed journey. In all excellent customer service.

I have stayed here multiple times in the last three years but this was easily the worst experience I had. The experience has fallen off incredibly. No VIP upgrades, poor room conditions, smelly bathroom, Ok breakfast makes this hotel highly overpriced. I am never staying here again.

Once the customer vacate the room after check out time comfortable sitting arrangement are not available. Whatever is provided it is very discomfort specially for senior citizens. Pl think over it n response to progress if any proposed. Senior citizens cannot sit more than half an hour comfortable. It's a suggestion.
