We usually stay in the centre of Delhi, but as we wanted to be close to a wedding venue, we stayed here for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Walking distance from couple of malls which is very convenient. Shoppers Stop is next to the hotel, which was helpful for me for some urgent shopping for the wedding. The staff at the saloon and spa were excellent.

The Lift's were broken way too many times. Card/Key just randomly stopped working. Security guard at the entry was the nicest of all of the staff members. Some Staff Members weren't able to speak the english language. So a bit difficult for international/business travelers. But there was a solution in time to every problem at least

Pick-up from airport, 35 Km to Hotel took nearly 2 hrs. That sums it all up. Hotel and staff very attentive. Room was very nice. Overall nice short stay 3Nights.

Lovely hotel
The hotel and staff were amazing , however the pool area was very disappointing- pigeon poo all around the pool and pigeons drinking the water from the pool and flying around. Couldn’t relax by the pool for fear of being pooped on and certainly wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of what disease you would pick up.

This property was a long way from airport and any sightseeing. Many weddings are held here where they bang very loud drums and music through out the night and again at 5am. This is ok if you are staying for that function but as a guest looking for 5 star not for me. Also the pool was empty and no spa. They charged us A$7 for a tea bag cup of tea. And A$75 transit each way to the airport. The local area had a slum behind so we were warned not to walk nearby in the evening. So no pool and no outside walking. Then a public holiday with no alcohol allowed. Not much left to do. Oh and the Tv had 3 movie channels in English which we could not find without hotel help, with such old movies. Terrible. Not 5 star.
