"Lovely room although a little conscious of walking around too much as the floor really creaks in places and I j own how annoying it is when you are the person staying below. A broken window has been poorly fixed with wood leaving a gap of around 7mm at the bottom. Had asked for a quiet room which it is until the birds start singing at 5 am."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. As usual i found the mattress on the bed too hard and the duvet too heavy and hot. I always carry my own pillows and a spare throw so I was able to lay on the top on the duvet doubled over with my throw over the top which solved both problems. As this is the start of a season, might I suggest the sills between the secondary sliding windows and the opening windows be cleaned. It would give a better impression. "Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"
