"We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were warmly welcomed by Mariam. The condo is nicely decorated, very well equipped for an extended stay, and has lots of comfortable seating for hanging out. There is a grill, so we could cook dinner inside or out. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and a shopping street for browsing within walking distance. The beach is just down the stairs, and there are benches in the condo complex overlooking the bluff for lovely sunset views. "

"Condo was nice. It was clean. Very quiet space except when you could hear neighbors upstairs and doors creaking loudly. Location ok. It did rain quite a bit while there so did limit us on what we could do or walk to around us. Beach close but “downtown” Del Mar not. Way more driving needed than expected. It was also cold and heater inside didn’t really heat whole space. Just bedroom it was in. A bit of a musty sewer smell in bathroom when we arrived and either went away or got used to it. Place...

"Jen's place is very convenient to Torrey Pines and UCSD. Small but perfect for our family of three. Kitchen was well-equipped with toaster, microwave, ice maker, and coffee maker."

"We’ve rented in the building before but this unit was much nicer. The pictures accurately show how nice the unit is outfitted and decorated. It is very well equipped with all the amenities you may need. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to a beautiful beach!!"

"We were very disappointed with the state of the rental when we arrived. My daughter cleaned the floors and vacuumed the carpet and filled the bin on the vacuum. The carpet is in need of a shampoo as well. She wiped down walls that were very dirty and in need of fresh paint. The bedding and towels were worn with some stains. I feel for the money we shouldn’t have to clean first and things should be in better shape. "

Very well stocked with all the essentials you would need. there was a great supply of beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, pickleball paddles tennis rackets, games and puzzles, The view from the deck was awesome. easy walk to the beach, dining and shopping.
