"Beautiful condo, perfect for our family of four. We loved the pickleball courts and walking down to the beach each day. The Solana Beach/Del Mar area is incredible. Everyone was friendly, restaurants were amazing, and we had warm sunny weather in January! Highly recommend staying here. Also recommend Jake’s Del Mar, Little Joy Coffee, Powerhouse playground for kids, and View Point Brewing! We really hope to return."

"We had tickets to the Belly Up. This hotel was just a 10 minute walk. It is also right on a nice bike path near the coast. Check in was easy and breakfast was plentiful."

"The directions to the unit are clear. There are two covered parking spots and EV charging. The elevator makes it easy to get luggage and groceries up to the unit. The keys are in a lockbox for easy entry and a safe place to keep them while away. Walking into the unit there is a breathtaking view of the ocean. The kitchen is outstanding and has all the utensils needed. There is a nice Weber gas grill. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds and the unit is quiet for a good nights sleep. The bathrooms are clean and bright. The consumables are in good supply. There are rackets and balls for pickleball and tennis and courts on site. There are beach supplies and an easy walk to the beach and surf board rentals The pool and hot tub are well maintained. We plan on returning next year. "

"This rental was perfect and exactly what we needed/hoped for. It is very accurately described and extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The beds/bedding were so of the best we've experienced - comfy mattresses and lots of pillow options! The complex is nice and quiet, pool with hot tub and beach access are just up the stairs. The neighborhood has lots of fun restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all areas around downtown San Diego were very accessible, within easy 20-30 minutes drives. Covered garage parking, or easy street parking. And Mariam, who manages the property, was so helpful! "

"Great solana beach location. Updated interiors, very clean, and nice art on the walls. Elana and Vanessa were responsive and friendly. Our family of four with two young kids was very comfortable. Would rent again.Note, you cannot get your car anywhere near the front door to the condo. Anything or anyone you bring inside needs to be carried in from an underground garage. This was no problem for our party but groups with mobility issues should consider."
