"We booked in this hotel So it was close to the venue To watch torvill &dean The last show On friday 25th april 2025 When we checked in We asked if there was 2 single beds As it was me and my sister And they said no Unfortunally Its 1 double bed We said its fine Soon has we got to our room We had a call To say they had a twin room Available And would we like that They had a cancellation So yes we accepted The room was clean Complimentary water, tea coffee Biscuits, etc Late check out next morning 11am which is really good Breakfast served from 7am -11am Which i think Is great Breakfast is amazing Lots to choose from I would 100% stay in this hotel again And highly reccomend it to family And friends "

"Excellent hotel and great value compared to others nearby. It’s more like the Marriott fun brand than a cheapo budget one, but at a great price. Location great for NEC, parking a wee walk but very clear guidance from hotel on booking and pre arrival. Nice bar, decent food and a lot of choice for breakfast too. Everyone friendly and helpful. Loved the funky style of the brand and hotel too. "
