"The Rialto is situated right next to the famous Rialto Bridge. It's within walking distance of many shops and you can get the water taxi right outside the front door. The hotel was elegant and the staff were gracious and helpful. "

"This place was a pleasant surprise! The camping area is huge, spotless, and super safe. We stayed in a cozy 2-bedroom standalone suite. It had everything we needed - everything was clean, organized, and totally functional. We parked our car right in the camp for free. We didn’t need the shuttle service because it’s just a short walk to the bus station, where we hopped on a bus to Venice. One night, it poured buckets outside, but the rooms were completely dry. We could hear the raindrops tapping on the roof, but it didn’t bother us at all. It felt like camping, and it was an incredible, 5-star experience. "

"Hotel Cavalletto was absolutely beautiful. We had a room right on the canal overlooking the Gondola’s. The breakfast included was continental but there was hot scrambled egg, bacon and sausage available also. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, and nothing we asked was too much. We did have to move room on our first day due to a small air conditioning issue, but the staff moved us swiftly and made our stay extra special. I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to the beautiful city of Venice, and Hotel Cavalletto will be where I stay."

"Great location a couple of blocks off of San Marco but quiet and easy to find. Rooms are spacious and serviced is great. Excellent breakfast buffet. Near transportation stops and easy to reach from train station. "
