"Outstanding hotel with close access to San Marco! Private vaporetto service through hotel for a small fee. Incredibly delicious breakfast buffett with fresh fruit, croissants, rolls, bakery, fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal, desserts and more. Wonderful staff and the rooms are impeccably clean. Quiet small community of Guidecca at night with restaurants, bars, coffee shops. We visited San Marco during the day and spent nights in Guidecca. Boat ride is 10 minutes. I have business 2X a year in Venice...

"It was a beautiful property. The rooms were large with high ceilings and a beautiful granite bathroom. The property itself was beautiful with lush foliage, pool and views of Venice. The staff are the nicest people. "

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"This hotel is utterly faultless, from the facilities to the charming staff. Please accept my thanks for a wonderful stay here. It was impossible to find anything wrong with the property and the extremely helpful staff. The swimming pool is breathtaking, the food terrific and the rooms are splendid. Utterly wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet residential area with regular service from multiple water bus lines. Several good restaurants neaby as well as a grocery and bank ATM. Room was small but clean and well appointed. A/C worked (Venice can be pretty humid). Our only real complaint was that the bathroom, while nicely tiled and functional, is small and the shower is tiny. Both my wife and I could barely squeeze into it and you won't be bending over to scrub your legs. Good continental breakfast."

"It’s been a few months since we returned from beautiful, unforgettable Italy! 🇮🇹 My heart is aching to go back. In the spirit of reminiscing, I wanted to be sure to leave a review for the enchanting A’la hotel we stayed at. I took my 4 children and their significant others on the trip of a lifetime, to Venice, Rome, Tuscany Umbria, and lastly Cortona. We loved every minute of our time in Venice, and I can attribute much of our happy vacationing to the staff at A’la Hotel Venezia! They really were remarkable people. In the few short days we were in Venice, we were made to feel like family, or honored guests. The hotel is rustic and was surely a jewel when it was new. Don’t expect all the conveniences of American hotels. It does lack a few of the conveniences Americans are accustomed to, such as a refrigerator in the room. The staff at A’la Hotels Venezia were warm and welcoming. Our experience in Venice ands with this. Hotel is one example of how beautiful Italy is and always has been! We can’t wait to visit a’la Hotels Venezia again! Just be sure to know which hotel you’re staying at or you will quickly anger the taxi captain! 👨‍✈️﫤 Izzy Y. Ann Arbor, MI"
