"This was a really nice location to stay at while visiting Universal Studios. The overall experience was nice. It was clear this place was do for some power washing and new paint. They are currently doing construction, while we didn’t have any issues with noise or anything it did take away from the overall experience. The restaurants were quite nice and the staff very polite. Something’s would have been better to know ahead of time, like before checking in, just go straight to the parking garage...

"Generally a good experience, room attendants did a great job, asking if we needed anything and dealing with our early up and out days room mayhem well. The rooms are dated, old electric outlets, Tubs vs walkin showers. Some colorful tropical art would help. The south sea vibe stops in the rooms. "
