"I’ve been coming here since 2020! I just love the hotel! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Easy check in as well! Downside is you can’t access to more than Netflix and YouTube on the tv so that sucks. I’d recommend bringing a laptop for entertainment. The pool and jacuzzi is really nice! The menu at the restaurant changes every month so be aware of that! I loved their strawberry dulce de lece cake they served on VDay! So good! Must be a permanent dessert please!!"

"The receptionist both at check in,check out and the bartender were very professional and kind. They made my stay better then expected. Unfortunately I had a bear sleeping next to my room and could hear him snore all night long. I checked out went home and took a nap. It ruined my plans for the day."

"The property is outdated, old carpet. The rooms are tiny and expensive. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)"
