There was no wait and the manager treated us like gold, making every effort to make my husband 70th birthday celebration a fabulous memory. We were afforded a room at the top to take in the glorious Levy stadium view. And within minutes of checking in, there was a knock at the door with ice bucket and a bottle of chilled Chardonnay and charcuterie tray to start the weekend off promptly. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations."
