"Beautiful old hotel very conveniently located directly across from Newcastle Train Station. Location is excellent close to and accessible to city centre shopping, restaurants and night life. Transportation points of acces to travel throughout the region. Easy check-in, nice rooms with restaurant and bar attached. Beds are comfortable, shower /bath worked well, very clean and confortable lodging. "

"Entering it and the bar area are lovely. The rooms are very dated and small compared to other hotels in the area. Bed I thought was very hard and pillows far too soft! Also, you can't use contactless payment for the pre-authorisation and as I had no physical card on me, they sent a link for a a pre-auth of £250. If you have a physical card, it's £50. Very dated way of doing things."

"Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at Little Haven, the location of the hotel suited me as I'm a ex seamen, so the views of ships departing and arriving were fantastic, you can also enjoy nice strolls along the promenade and easy reach of south shields. The room we were staying in(212) was a little foisty and cold when we checked in, I did mention this on the app, the hotel responded by freshening up the room for us which we were most grateful for.
