From the coin search in the rooms, elevator, lobbies to the changing trivia games for prizes the staff at Mimaru kept it fresh for the kids to keep them entertained. Friendly front desk ensured that luggage arriving via luggage service was waiting in the room on check-in. Great for offering suggestions on what to do or see or helping hail a taxi. "15 minutes walk to Dotonbori Street. Close to shopping and eating areas. A bit noisy from traffic. Hotel has all amenities including washer. Overall a good stay."
