I was hoping the bar would be a gathering spot for all the guests, but I never saw it open (appears to be by reservation?) That we were encouraged to return by 9 PM was also a bit onerous (given it is 30 minutes from the city centre), but an understandable part of the guesthouse experience."

"Everything was great. Shower had a traditional japanese bath and shower setup with a sink just outside to wash in the morning. Several nearby shops for dinner and breakfast and the Tengachaya station is about 10 minute walk and can get you to the Namba area in maybe 20 mins. There are 4 futon beds and a couch on the first floor. The stairs up are about half my foot size so watch out when walking downstairs, and if you're 6ft also on the way up because i hit my head on the ceiling once haha....

We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers....
